ga99 is an online betting and casino platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between ga99 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "player"). These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the platform.

To open an account at ga99, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a real individual — not a corporate entity or automated system.

• Each person may create only one account.
• You may never allow anyone else to use your account.

ga99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

Only the following payment methods may be used at ga99. Requests for transactions via any other method will not be accepted:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The payment account you use must be registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.
• Keep a screenshot or reference number confirming your deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is pending.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of suspicious activity.

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus capped at ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳20,000.

To claim a bonus, your account must be fully verified and, if a bonus code applies, it must be provided at the time of deposit.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), applied to the bonus amount only. For example:

• ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Slots, live casino, and other designated games will count toward meeting the wagering requirement. Bets on certain games may contribute at a lower rate — contact the support team for details.

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled once the period ends.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed across multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Accounts created for the purpose of exploiting bonuses will be cancelled.
• ga99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• ga99's decision on any bonus-related matter is final.

ga99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. Our platform uses software from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other internationally recognized game providers. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

If a bet is voided due to a technical error or server issue, the bet amount will be refunded. Winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to an error are not valid — ga99 reserves the right to correct any erroneous payout.

ga99's VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Cashback will be added to your account at a set time each week. Cashback may be withdrawn directly or used for further betting — applicable terms may vary.

ga99 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure, benefits, or terms at any time. VIP status may be reduced or cancelled for inactive accounts or in cases of terms violations.

ga99 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

This platform is for those aged 21 or above only.

The following self-control features are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
